Thank you for choosing DMV’s Casual Sale Program to transfer ownership of your vehicle electronically. This process is safe, secure, and convenient. Using this process will not generate a paper title.
To begin, the person buying the vehicle must generate a buyer code below and provide it to the seller. The seller must choose the appropriate vehicle, enter the buyer code, and provide the requested information. The transfer must be completed within 48 hours, or the transaction will cancel. Follow the instructions on each screen.
